What We Do

We help institutions move from insight to implementation through coordination labs, civic data tools, and training programs.

Coordination Labs

Our coordination labs are 60–90 day projects that bring together government, corporate, and university partners around a single challenge. We build the team, structure the data, and run delivery for movement and impact.

We use labs to:

  • Prototype community data use and new government services

  • Connect ESG/CSR programs to real communities

  • Test new cross-agency workflows

  • Create proof-of-concept for funding

Deliverables:

  • Community engagement and problem briefs

  • Stakeholder mapping

  • Operating models and sustained engagement

Ideal for: ministries, city governments, innovation offices, corporate impact teams.

Data and Insight Systems

Some institutions have the ideas but not the visibility. We design lightweight data and insight systems to make impact measurable and trackable.

InsightLegi - platform and dashboards for policy and fiscal visibility

MicroTrust – training for field data capture and community insight

Voice-to-Strategy – turning interviews and survey data into decisions

Community indexes and resource maps to connect data to policy, operations, and decision-making

Training, Youth, and Exchanges

We believe talent has to be built into the system. LSAP runs datathons, simulations, and train-the-trainer models to embed the methods inside your organization.

Examples:

  • 1–2 day coordination workshop for mixed government/corporate/university teams

  • DataStorm-style civic datathons

  • Youth engagement labs tied to municipal or national programs
