What We Run

  • We co-design short-cycle pilots that connect data, agencies, and community actors around one challenge. Topics have included food insecurity, transportation, and safety challenges. Each lab ends with a repeatable operating model.

  • We build and deploy government data tools like InsightLegi, MicroTrust, and Voice-to-Strategy to take data and turn it into visible impact.

  • We run simulations, datathons, and train-the-trainer programs that build institutional talent pipelines that keeps the work sustainable.
