Building resilient communities through data, simulations, and training
The Legal Systems and Policy Lab (LSAP) designs and runs government innovation pilots focused on turning policy into delivery. We connect institutions, data, and communities to scale impact.
Who We Work With
Government and Public Sector
Coordination labs for ministries, cities, counties, and innovation offices to close delivery and community data gaps.
Corporate and Philanthropy
Impact and ESG initiatives turned into measurable, locally grounded, and creative programs.
University and Learning Partners
Real-world labs, datathons, and simulations connecting learners to government and community challenges.
Partnering globally with universities, governments, and innovation networks.
What We Run
-
We co-design short-cycle pilots that connect data, agencies, and community actors around one challenge. Topics have included food insecurity, transportation, and safety challenges. Each lab ends with a repeatable operating model.
-
We build and deploy government data tools like InsightLegi, MicroTrust, and Voice-to-Strategy to take data and turn it into visible impact.
-
We run simulations, datathons, and train-the-trainer programs that build institutional talent pipelines that keeps the work sustainable.
